First Holy Communion and First Penance

The Celebration of the Eucharist at Sunday Mass and the reception of Holy Communion is the source and summit of Catholic Life.

After two years of instruction either at Incarnation School or in the Sunday School of Religious Formation, children first receive the Sacrament of Penance in early spring and then receive Holy Communion for the first time later that year.

Congratulations on the birth of a new baby!
What a way for an entire family to experience
God’s Blessings.  Everyone at Incarnation
joins in your celebration.
